Delete your GouTA account

Request deletion in the account settings in GouTA, or email gouta.kotoba@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “GouTA account deletion.” Do not send passwords or verification codes. The developer will verify ownership and reply with the outcome of your request.

Accepted requests have a 7-day cooling-off period. Successfully signing in again during this period cancels deletion. Afterward, the deletion process removes the account and associated cloud records from active services, including learning and review records, towers, discoveries, and account membership status.

Local records remain yours to manage. Necessary security backups rotate according to their retention schedules. Records needed by law, settlement, or fraud prevention are retained only as necessary in scope and duration and are no longer used for everyday services for the deleted account.

Deleting your GouTA account does not cancel recurring Google Play payments. Manage your subscription separately in Google Play to stop automatic renewal.
